How far can your Philippine passport take you around the world without a visa? According to the latest global index of an international residence and citizenship planning company (Henly and Partners), their research revealed that Filipino citizens have visa-free access to over 60 countries out of 218 countries, this is far from the United Kingdom, Finland and Sweden, whose citizens can visit up to 173 countries without requiring any visa. It was revealed that the Philippines occupies the 69th place in the 2013 Visa Restrictions Index by Henley & Partners, which ranked countries according to the number of nations their citizens can access with just a passport and no visa. Neighbouring countries like Indonesia, meanwhile, ranks 72nd along with Burkina Faso, Guinea, Mali, Niger and Togo. Indonesian citizens can only visit 56 countries without a visa.
