Most of us when asks of great Android phones out their we always think of phones from the giant makers like Samsung, LG & Sony. However aside from these known giants there are two companies that are rapidly gaining in popularity. These companies are Xiaomi and OnePlus. These two companies, offer a bang for a buck Android smartphones.
So here is a spec by spec comparison of the current new Android phones from these two companies, the Xiaomi Mi4 and OnePlus One. First let's take a look into Xiaomi Mi4:

As you can see spec-wise both are almost the same. OnePlus One has a much larger screen so for those who loves to watch movies or just really want a larger screen then go for OnePlus One. Mi4 has a slightly larger front facing camera with an 8MP compared to OnePlus One which only have 5MP but this only adds a slight increase in image quality. Both are 4G enabled devices and have a 64GB capacity with 3GB of RAM. Both have also the same chipset and a powerful CPU of 2.5Ghz Quadcore.
Both of these devices are greate it all comes down into preferences. If you are more into watching movies on the go or you surf the web a lot then I suggest take the OnePlus of course be informed though that there is a difficulty of obtaining a OnePlus One if your not from China. If however you don't want a large phone and loves to take a selfie then get the new Xiaomi Mi4.
